Teresa is a self-taught artist from Ohio. Each painting begins with the title in mind and then all other decisions are made to convey that story.

Statement

There is a thread running through my work inspired by the 60s and 70s, especially the music.  We can have a sensory connection attached to music that takes us back to a feeling, a memory, a place, a person in our past.

It is a reminder of our own story, who we were and who we are now.I am exploring the art of self-reflection with paint.

I know that I can only change myself, but if I strive to be a better person I can have an impact on the world through my connection with others. My art is about self-reflection, connection and love.
