Statment

These works were created from leftover bits and pieces from other projects. As a mother working from home during a pandemic with an infant, time and resources are precious. I must act as a bricoleur, pulling together disparate ephemera to make art. I work intuitively, adding bits as I go, painting to cover some areas and sanding to expose others. Never far from my thoughts, Baby pokes her head and hands into my work.
