Bio

I graduated with a Fine Art degree from Norwich University of the Arts in 2012, and have been exhibiting since. Recent shows include the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition (2020), Wales Contemporary (2020/19), the Sunday Times Watercolour Competition (2019), and the Holly Bush Emerging Woman Painter Prize (2020 finalist).

Statement

One of my favourite things about being a landscape painter is finding wild places to explore. I love that feeling of being overwhelmed and humbled by a space in nature, whether that’s on a deserted stormy beach or getting lost in amongst tropical plants. I enjoy experimenting with process, playing with colour and mark making to create vibrant and intuitive artworks.
