My career as an art director and studying of graphic design meant I always had a very close eye for detail, along with a deep love of vivid, bold colours. The use of hand-cut vinyl as a medium allows me to marry traditional techniques with a contemporary material; resulting in truly unique colourful artworks.

The influence from pop art lays heavily in my inspiration: I attempt to achieve the often daring use of colour- of the manor in which Hockney does - along with a strong discipline in intricate craft skills (such as Jeff Koons) to create both 2D & 3D artworks.
